Southwick Farms Database Project

Please answer as many questions as you can to help us build a robust database of all Southwick farms, past and present!

Thank you for your help!

Thanks for submitting!

Hard-Working Families Providing Local Nourishment and helping Southwick become a more resilient community...in the past, present, and future!

We are working on developing a Southwick Farms Database and need your help!

Our goal is to document ALL current farms as well as farms that used to operate in town. We used to have many dairy farms in Southwick, but as of 2023, there are none. We want to learn where farms of the past operated in town and what they produced so we can preserve our history!

If you or your family currently have or had a farm here in Southwick, small or big, no matter what is being/was produced, we want to hear from you!  Please fill out the form on this page and provide whatever information you can. We appreciate your help in helping us create and maintain this database!

Thank you!

Our Commission is committed to helping farmers find ways to preserve their land and farms. Please get in touch with us for information on conservation programs or any other inquiries!  Please email:  agcom@southwickma.gov

We meet every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, at 7 PM, in the Land Use Room (second floor, use back entrance of Town Hall) at Southwick Town Hall, 454 College Highway, Southwick, MA 01077. You can also join us via Zoom; please click button above for Ag. Comm. Town Webpage to access link.
